Transport

The village is linked to Harrogate, Spofforth and Wetherby by one bus service, the X70 operated by Connexions. Buses run on most days once per hour, but not in the evening. The nearest railway station is at Pannal, about five minutes from the village centre by car. Pannal Station is on the Leeds, Harrogate and York line. Trains run approximately every half hour.
