Minutes of the Planning Meeting held on 26 th November 2012

Present: Chairman B. Fisher, Vice-Chairman T. Martin, Councillors E. Jones, C. Florance,

The Chairman explained the meeting was held to discuss five planning applications.

Erection of single storey extension. No objections

Ref No: 6.121.198.A.FUL 12/04050/FUL Follybrook, Spofforth Lane , Follifoot

Conversion of loft to form additional living accommodation with installation of 3 roof lights and erection of single story rear extension with accommodation in roof space. No objections.

Fell 1 Spruce tree T1 of Tree Preservation Order no: 112008. No objections

Change of use of land to form Rugby Club, including the erection of clubhouse, refuse and fertiliser stores and the formation of 7 rugby pitches with associated hard and soft landscaping (Site Area 11.4ha). Many comments were made by residents regarding the application. The Parish Council agreed that it did not object to or support the application but made comments and requested safeguards.
